Clinical Administrator - Permanent part-time
20 hours per week (0.5FTE)
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical administration support for all clinical staff across the region, including maintaining electronic patient records, admission and discharge records, and referral and clinical documentation management. Accuracy, discretion, timeliness and excellent computer skills are essential in this role. Previous clinical administrative experience would be an advantage. Some leave cover will be required at times in addition to standard hours.
Receptionist/Administration- Permanent part-time
20 hours per week (0.5 FTE) afternoons
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sensitive reception services to visitors, contractors and callers. In addition you will provide general administration support to other Hospice teams. Discretion and sensitivity are essential in this role. Experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage. The hours of work will be 1.30pm to 5.30pm weekdays with additional hours for leave cover required at times.
