Registered Nurse (0.8FTE permanent part-time)
The role will work within the multi-disciplinary team to provide specialist palliative care to patients, families and whānau. Assessment, critical thinking, relationship building and sound nursing knowledge are essential to the role.
Only Registered Nurses eligible to work in New Zealand, with a current Nursing Council of New Zealand annual practicing certificate should apply. Candidates should have or be willing to undertake post graduate papers in palliative care. Tertiary study up to a master degree will be fully supported.
Ongoing training and education will be offered to enable you to achieve our goal of meeting the needs of every palliative care patient in our service.
The successful candidate will have a current drivers licence and be computer literate.
