Craigs Investment Partners Investment Adviser; Greg Easton
For Greg Easton, Craigs Investment Partners association with the Otago Community Hospice is a great way to support our community.
“Otago Community Hospice is a well-known brand with which everyone can identify; we all know someone who has been affected by Hospice services. It’s important for us to support our community and our sponsorship of the Hospice creates an opportunity for us to do this. It’s a highly-visible brand and the organisation provides easily identifiable community services which makes it a great fit for us. For most people in our community, the Otago Community Hospice, as both an organisation and a brand, is top of mind.”
Craigs Investment Partners is a national Hospice partner. The organisation provides financial support, as well as volunteer labour and support at fundraising events.
“We recently played a major role in renovating the Craigs Hospice Foundation House. The house meets the needs of patients and families from out of town, helping to break down some of the barriers to coming to Dunedin. Employees from Craigs Investment Partners initially did several working bees at weekends to tidy up the section and then in August 2013 we helped out with a full refurbishment. It was a great team building exercise for us and everyone really enjoyed lending a hand.
The team at Craigs Investment Partners are regular supporters of Otago Community Hospice fundraising events which Greg says provide a good opportunity to build relationships with people in our community.
“It’s a great way for us to say thank you to our clients and we know they like to come to Hospice events because it’s in support of a well-known charity that supports all of our community. Our clients feel good about coming to these events, and we feel good inviting them, because it’s so much more than just a beer at the rugby.”
Greg says, “Craigs’ partnership with the Otago Community Hospice enables us to give back to the community and align ourselves with a great cause creating a point of difference in a competitive market.”
