Brrrrrrrr.....
It is hard to believe it is already July but the frosty mornings confirm we are in the middle of winter. At this time of year it becomes important to drive or walk with care around those frosty roads and pathways. This is especially so in the early morning when you may be coming in to start a morning shift. What is also worth keeping in mind is making sure elderly family/whanau members who may be visiting residents late into the evenings can make it home safely. Remember to check how they may be travelling home and if concerned, is there a friend or relative who can take them home.
Stay safe out there, find a warm hat to wear and cozy gloves and walk slowly if it is icy.
