Residential Care Information
The Residential Care Team provides a supportive outreach service to aged residential care facilities around the Otago region.
The team of palliative care nurses will respond to referrals, when a resident’s palliative care needs are more complex, or the care team needs some extra guidance and support.
The Residential Care Team is available to work with residents, families, staff and GP’s. Education for all facility staff can be arrange on a wide variety of palliative care topics.
