The Day The Wind Blew

The wind that saw iconic trees uprooted and roofs damaged nearly ended in disaster for North Road with the glass roof above the entrance bending in the wind and the glass coming loose.

Fortunately the local fire department came to the rescue. They tied everything down and after a week of using an alternative entrance, local glass experts removed the glass and secured the structure.

Next step is working out what to do with the roof, but at least now we can all safely enter the building.
