DCC Accreditation - Passed Again

The Dunedin City Council has changed how they accredit kitchens and we no longer have the 'A' 'B' 'C' rating system.  It is now a clear pass/fail system.  So we have passed again for the next two years!  A big part of this is due to the processes we have in the kitchen - so thank you all for following these processes, we really could not do it without you.
