Hospice Street Appeal on March 6 & 7th
The Otago Community Hospice Street Appeal has traditionally always been in May, during Hospice Awareness Week. However, Otago Community Hospice and Freemason organisers have this year pulled the collection forward by two months to make the most of a warmer, lighter time of year.
The collection is happening on the Friday and Saturday in Dunedin - to make the most of the influx of people in Dunedin for the Six60 concert.
Wanaka, Oamaru and Cromwell will have the collection on Saturday, March 7th.
With the rest of the key sites: Palmerston, Balclutha, Milton, Alexandra, Roxburgh and Lawrence collecting on Friday March 6th.
If you would like to find out more about our street appeal or would like to volunteer as a collector, please call Rebecca Shaw on 03 473 1012.
