Short Notice Shift Cancellation

When something comes up unexpectedly and you cannot attend your shift please let us know as soon as possible.  The most efficient way to do this is by phoning 03 473 6005 to let the receptionist know and they will ensure the message gets to the right person.

The cell phone in the kitchen (021 350 646) is a handy resource, however it sits on top of the microwave and only gets checked occasionally.  So it is safe to assume, that unless you have received a reply, your message not been seen.
