Allen House Revamp Ahead of Mayo Visits

Allen House has had a minor makeover in anticipation of some Mayo Clinic doctors coming to stay for a month at a time. First one arrives shortly.
The doctors are Palliative Care Fellows training to become consultant level doctors.
The Mayo Clinic allows their fellows to do part of their placement internationally, which is why they are coming to OCH. That, and the fact that David has a longstanding relationship with the Mayo Clinic.
It will be a valuable opportunity for staff to learn from health care experts working in a different system and a great way for them to see how we work here in New Zealand.
