Kowhai Programme

Home Patient Services Kowhai Programme

The Kowhai Programme has been created to provide education for those people who are caring for their loved ones who are on the Otago Community Hospice Programme.

The Kowhai Programme has traditionally been delivered via face-to-face sessions in Dunedin.

But we recognise that the need for the Kowhai Programme is far broader than Dunedin, with our region stretching to North and Central Otago. We have created this website to ensure those who can't attend our sessions, can access all the resources on offer.

For those people who are able to attend the Kowhai Programme sessions, it provides an opportunity to connect with others who are sharing similar experiences as well as gaining support and information. We encourage people to attend all the topics provided, however, you are very welcome to attend any of the sessions that look useful to you at any time. The current schedule of sessions can be found here: Kowhai 2019 Programme
